Can a self-acting control valve be used as the vent valve for a liquid storage tank?
It should show how its function works; if it is called a \"relief valve\", it is meant to be a control that sets the discharge from \"0\" to a certain pressure value. If a self-acting control valve is used, how should it be done if it is necessary to completely release the load?:)
What is a breathing valve used for? Is there pressure in the tank? Is a self-acting relief valve used to regulate pressure when unloading a pressurized storage tank?

In my personal opinion, this question is a bit too general; it would be better to specify what kind of materials are involved and what happens to them after being vented. Whether there is a sequential relationship with other on/off valves, safety measures, etc. However, in a sense, self-acting control valves are already the type that require spending money on.
