Will the motor reach its rated power when operating normally? !

An electrical engineer told me this. He said that it reaches its rated power during normal operation. But rated power refers to the maximum power; how can it be reached during normal operation? Please give me some advice!
Rated power is the power under optimal operating conditions, not the maximum power. The maximum power can still be achieved; just add a load – the current increases, and thus the power goes up as well. In the worst case, the motor may get damaged
Is that rated power the optimal power point?
This motor does not reach its rated power after starting
I understand that the rated power is the maximum power for continuous operation; if it exceeds this value, the motor is at risk of being damaged
The maximum power during normal operation, I guess
The power under optimal conditions generally cannot be achieved
A certain margin is taken into account during the design
The power of a motor operating normally should be its rated power.
