Are there any devices that can produce both nitrogen and oxygen at the same time, with requirements for the purity of nitrogen but lower requirements for the purity of oxygen, that is, devices for collecting the gas remaining after nitrogen has been removed?

@OP, for deep-cold air separation and adsorption-based air separation, if the production capacity is the same, the price difference isn’t very large~~~~ But given your requirements, PSA-based air separation would be a more suitable choice~~~~
Requirements for usage volume and purity: If the usage volume is greater than 3500 Nm3, it is more appropriate to use air separation. Nitrogen and oxygen can be produced simultaneously. If the value is below this level, molecular sieve adsorption can be considered; molecular sieve adsorption for nitrogen production is generally effective up to 99.9% purity, and for higher purities, a deoxidation unit may be necessary.
