Vacuuming the refrigeration system

For the maintenance of refrigeration systems and the repair of certain equipment, it’s not possible to achieve complete isolation; as a result, it’s not possible to achieve a vacuum level that meets the required standards. Is there any good solution? We use nitrogen for complete displacement; we check the dew point, and upon operation, we displace it with refrigerant before putting it into use. How does everyone do it?
Could you explain why it’s “impossible to completely isolate”? ~~~~~~~~~~
