I am preparing to obtain my certificate after the qualification exam, and now I need to fill out a registration form. Is there any difference? Since I don’t work at a design institute, but I used the seal of such an institute to register for the exam. (2) What is the main impact of filling in information regarding personal records? I work at a factory, and my records are also there; should I fill in the information based on the actual situation or the information from the design institute used for registration?
