We have a 30% calcium chloride solution at a rate of 40 tons per day, which we intend to concentrate to produce calcium chloride dihydrate. We are considering whether to use a sheet or granular form for the final product; it’s not clear which processing method is more mature. On-site, we have steam at 0.6 MPa and natural gas available. Our goal is to turn this water into a solid at a relatively low cost; please help us recommend equipment manufacturers. Thank you!
It’s meant to be sold directly to large chemical companies for use in their chill rooms as chilled water – I’m not sure if that’s possible :lol

The boiling point increases significantly when the calcium chloride concentration rises; it’s not clear what the stability will be when operating in a two-effect or three-effect system Freezing sectioning should be simpler to operate than spray granulation, right? If it is a mature technology, it should not be difficult to find equipment manufacturers. Just find a manufacturer of chemical equipment. I know a bit about it; if you need it, just send me a private message and I’ll give you some recommendations.
You can find a design institute; they all have many equipment manufacturers behind them.
