Need help with some chemical industry abbreviations

What do the abbreviations VS, VF, IWS, IWR, NO, and NC mean in the chemical industry? Which words are they abbreviations for? Help needed
Among them, VS VS is marked at the vent position; IWS and IWR are at the supply and return sides of the heat exchanger; NC is on the bypass line of the control valve assembly
IWS IWR refers to the inlet (S) and return (R) water of a certain type of water; NC means normal closed, while VS and VF are unknown – check the diagram on the home page
VS and VF can be gate valves or butterfly valves; SV is a relief safety valve. VF can also be used for venting to a flare, while VA is used for venting to the atmosphere. IWS and IWR refer to industrial feed water and industrial return water； NO, NC mean normal open, normal closed :)
