How to learn *process design from scratch, for beginners

I just started working at the company as a process designer; I really don’t know anything and am not familiar with the tasks involved. I hope someone can guide me as a beginner. Thank you

First, get a general understanding of the main manufacturing processes used by the company, become familiar with the typical ones, and take it step by step, from larger processes to smaller ones
When I first started working on designs, no one gave me any guidance; I just browsed forums to read the questions and replies posted by other users. As I read more over time and learned to draw conclusions from them, I gradually got the hang of it. Keep it up
The most important thing is to actively seek information, learn*, summarize, cite, and accumulate knowledge. Don’t follow those who learn nothing and accumulate nothing, asking silly questions
How can one say they don’t know anything? Since the company has assigned you as a process designer, you should at least have a professional foundation, right? It’s easy to get started if you have a foundation.
