The local safety committee requires that the design comply with petrochemical industry standards. The overall layout as designed is shown below: Experts say that the workshop is not far enough away from the wall (the neighboring factory) – at least 25 meters away. Please offer some suggestions and share your opinions on this layout.
Workshops 1, 2, and 3 should be rotated 90° and arranged in a row side by side, closely spaced together; I believe this is feasible assuming that workshops 1, 2, and 3 have similar functions or can be arranged closely； The environmental protection station can be moved to the right, which will solve the above problem.
The problem is that, according to the petrochemical industry regulations, the safety distance required for Class A workshops is 30 meters from office buildings, 40 meters from office buildings, and 35 meters from circulating water cooling towers. Turning a certain distance isn’t enough.
After rotation, workshops 1/2/3 will merge into one workshop, which should be sufficient
For similar enterprise card facilities, there should be a certain distance between them; for different types of card fences, both parties need to obtain security approval before making any adjustments.
The explanatory notes to the petrochemical regulations state that for similar enterprises, the distance between the facilities and the perimeter wall only needs to be sufficient for fire safety and equipment maintenance purposes. However, both the design institute and the local safety committee stated that according to petrochemical regulations, 25 meters must be reserved. Let’s discuss shrimp more; it will help me gain some knowledge as well.
