I am the new process engineer in the Power Department of the refining industry. My daily tasks involve overseeing process operations and dealing with various technical issues. Recently, my supervisor has asked me to prepare monthly reports, including data on measurements, the stability of operations, and supply balance. I would like to know what kind of management, technical, and documentation-related skills are necessary for a process engineer in the Power Department
