Outlet pressure of the make-up water pump and inlet pressure of the circulation pump

The make-up water pump is used to maintain a constant pressure for the make-up water in the second system; the make-up water enters at the suction inlet of the circulation pump. What is the difference between the outlet of the make-up water pump and the suction inlet of the circulation pump?
Personally, I think they’re the same; from the water pressure diagram, it appears as just one point
