The online exhaust gas analyzer experiences fluctuations in its readings due to this water vapor. Since it’s not possible to install a water removal device before sampling the exhaust gas, the only option is to reduce the water vapor content in the main exhaust gas pipeline. Do anyone have any suggestions? The components of the exhaust gas are nitrogen, propane, and water vapor. Thank you!

Is it possible to separate water using centrifugal force in the previous centrifuge at the front?
Liquid water can be reduced through structures such as defoamers. Gaseous water can be dehumidified through adsorption or condensation
Add a soda separator for separation.

The gas velocity in the empty wash tower is too high, causing the exhaust gas to contain water. It is recommended to connect a water scrubber in parallel
Our company is in the same situation as yours; by installing a heater on the sampling tube of the analyzer and keeping the temperature at 120-130 degrees, the problem is resolved.
