The butadiene storage tank needs to undergo inspection; what should be done if the manhole screws cannot be removed? A few people couldn’t open it with a air gun
I’m not sure if there’s a better way; what we do is use lubricant bubbles, and if that doesn’t work, we cut it. It’s easy if there’s a gap between the flanges; otherwise, the nut will have to be completely ground off
Has a loosening agent been used? If it doesn’t work, cut it off~~~
Use a saw to cut through the nut along the axial direction of the bolt~~~
It was opened, using a striking wrench to do so
If the wrench still cannot be used to open it, add some hydrogen peroxide between the stud nut
