How do I look up this table?

As shown in the figure, how can one read this flame length scale? The horizontal axis has only 8 divisions per order of magnitude, and the same is true for the vertical axis, making it impossible to read the values.
All of them can be read as values: for the Y-coordinate, the flame length increases by 10 m/100 m; for the X-coordinate, the heat load is 10/8*10^7 W. It’s not necessary for these values to be integers
