Hello, everyone! Recently, my workplace has been working on a soil remediation project involving oil-contaminated soil. The oil and gas are vaporized through heating, and then burned in a secondary combustion chamber (a TO device, which is a direct-flame incinerator). At the same time, urea is sprayed to carry out denitrification? I would like to ask the forum members: what material is suitable for urea storage tanks? Is insulation necessary? What type of level gauge can be used? What material should be used for the delivery pipes, and what type of pump should be selected? I hope everyone can offer a lot of help!
Urea aqueous solutions use stainless steel, 304 or 316. Whether heat preservation is needed depends on the solution concentration and freezing point.
