Question: Clause 5.1.4 of the \"GB50019-2015 Code for Design of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning in Industrial Buildings\" states that the indoor temperature should be maintained above 0°C. Under what circumstances is it necessary to keep the temperature above 0°C? Is the indoor temperature to be determined separately under special conditions? Could everyone please give a few examples to illustrate?
