I would like to ask: since a liquid separation tank and a water seal tank have already been installed before the exhaust gases reach the flare, can the water seal built into the bottom of the flare be removed? Currently, there are essentially two water seals in place: a separately installed water seal tank and the water seal built into the flare itself. This increases the resistance to gas emission, making it harder for the gas to enter the flare for combustion.
It is necessary to consider the relationship between these two water seals, as well as the actual water seal pressure value that needs to be controlled. If the pressure of one of the water seals corresponds to the desired actual water seal pressure, then the other water seal should be disabled. If the combined pressures of both water seals equal the desired actual water seal pressure, then both should be used simultaneously.

How could there be such a design? Are you sure there’s another water seal tank at the bottom of the torch? It might be a hydrophobic tank; generally, there is a molecular seal inside the flare tip to prevent backflow, so no second water seal is needed
Does the built-in water seal come from the torch manufacturer? Then it can be removed; that’s why you didn’t reach an agreement earlier
