If the design agency is changed midway, how should the workload done by the previous design agency be calculated?
There are specified milestones in the contract; alternatively, quotes can also be obtained based on the milestone-related quotation documents or the finished product drawings provided by the client.
As stipulated in the contract; if there is no such stipulation, it shall be based on the quotation documents for each milestone or the final design drawings received by the owner.
Based on the previous connections from the design institute, verify whether the drawings produced by that institute are correct.
