There is a butterfly valve below the feed inlet, and solid materials often clog it. Could you share any devices that are easy to use?
Is this butterfly valve used to seal the feed inlet on the reactor? If not, it can be replaced with a gate valve, or alternatively, no valve at all can be used instead, with a cloth bag being employed.
The valve disc of the butterfly valve is in the way. Replace it with a suitable valve
The pneumatic gate valves used in our company don’t provide very good sealing
What was said on the 2nd floor is correct; it’s better to use plug valves, and adding a few small compressed air nozzles should help prevent clogging.

Plug valve or star valve; the advantage of the star valve is that it allows control over the feeding speed
It has a lot to do with the properties of the material being used!
Can’t it be changed to a rotary valve or some other type of valve? Generally, for slurry or materials that tend to get clogged, cleaning and purging pipelines are also installed at the valve
