Which specifications apply to pipes above PN420?

Many current standards and specifications state that they are not suitable for pipes with a pressure rating above PN420. The highest grade for American standard flanges is PN420; it is specified that pipes with a nominal pressure of 42 MPa or higher must comply with other relevant safety technical specifications. Does anyone know which ones these are?
The wall thickness design of ultra-high pressure pipelines is related to material properties, design conditions, and calculation methods. For ultra-high pressure pipelines with a nominal pressure greater than PN420, there are no corresponding design standards in China at present; such pipelines are designed in accordance with international standards
