Dear teachers: Article 7.2.3 of the \"Code for Design of Layout of Metal Piping in Petrochemical Industries\" (SH 3012-2011) states that sealed sampling should be employed for media that are extremely hazardous or highly hazardous. What exactly are these \"extremely hazardous and highly hazardous media\"? Is there a list? Is extreme toxicity considered a highly toxic substance in the list of hazardous chemicals?
