Design contract signed; 50% of the design fee has been paid； Now the client wants to change the contractor to another company under their own name; we won’t go into why, but they request that the contract be signed anew. If the project name isn’t changed, this is useless
It shouldn’t have any impact on the design institute; as long as the final payment amount is specified at the time of signing the contract, there will be no problems with the payment. When some companies acquire other companies or establish subsidiaries, the name of the design and construction party is related to the review process
