Disposal of by-product dilute hydrochloric acid

The device produces dilute hydrochloric acid with a concentration of 5-8%, in amounts of around 80,000 tons per year. Due to the large volume and low concentration of this hydrochloric acid, there is currently no effective way to deal with it. I would be very grateful if Master Haichuan could offer some guidance!
Waste acid at this concentration has a low degree of usability; it’s better to use it for neutralizing wastewater.
I was wondering if there are any factories around you that have wastewater with a high alkalinity level

The acid for washing chlorinated polyethylene? All I’ve seen is it being neutralized with stones.

We are the subsequent unit; the wastewater from the previous unit is basically at acid-base balance, while what we have here is the excess amount!
