The steam used is available at 0.45 MPa and 1.0 MPa; all systems are equipped with traps, but some equipment uses steam intermittently. After the condensate water is recycled, the waste steam is released directly into the atmosphere; this requires explanations during each environmental inspection, and it also represents a waste of energy. I would like to know how this waste steam can be recovered in order to reduce emissions at the site.

Our process basically does not require heat tracing. There is no boiler either. It is hoped to be used as make-up water for circulating water, but the temperature is high
Well, there must be a need for water for bathing or daily use; that water needs to be heated for daily purposes

It is recommended to install a new low-temperature tracing system, using waste gas to heat the steam condensate in those pipelines that are already equipped with temperature control and tracing, and then apply low-temperature tracing to them
Now we are using condensate to replenish the circulating water; the spent steam is discharged directly, and although this doesn’t cause pollution, the steam emission isn’t aesthetically pleasing
It depends on the volume of work involved. If possible, change the steam tracing to condensate tracing; after installing the condensate tracing, then proceed with the circulating water system
Thank you for your guidance, but you didn’t understand what I meant. I hope to collect and utilize the steam and vapor emitted during exhaust, in order to reduce emissions
The second floor has covered everything in detail~~ Let me add more~~ If there are areas where temperature and pressure need to be reduced, the steam that needs to have its pressure lowered can be used as injection steam; the steam from a lower pressure level can then be fed into the Venturi injector, where it mixes with the steam that has already had its temperature and pressure reduced~~ This requires some calculations~~~
A waste steam recovery system can be installed to recover and reuse the condensate water.
