If the concentration of the alkaline solution is low, can it be recycled for washing?

It is possible to reduce the concentration of sodium hydroxide before considering the use of a spray tower for washing; the choice of concentration should take into account the crystallization temperature. As for the effectiveness of the washing process, factors such as contact area and residence time need to be considered, which in turn relates to the selection of the tower diameter and the type of packing used
To reduce the alkali concentration, spraying is a good option; it can be designed based on the principles of absorption towers
Can reducing the alkali solution concentration and using a spray tower completely remove CO2 and H2S impurities? Has anyone done this before? Are there any data?
