The product is a mixture of o-chloroaniline and aniline, with an o-chloroaniline content of 99.3%–99.6%, aniline content of 0.15%–0.2%, and the remainder being m-chloroaniline. It is required that the concentration of o-chloroaniline at the bottom of the tower after distillation be 99.9%, while the aniline content at the top of the tower should be 99% for now; the production capacity is 1.2 tons per hour. Currently, an intermittent distillation tower 12 meters high is in use, with packing of ∮800x1000 dimensions and a length of 8 meters; the type of packing used is metal corrugated packing 5OOY. The current production capacity is 0.3 tons, and the main issue is that the distillation time before extraction is around 10 hours. First, continuous distillation is implemented in the renovation of the existing tower; it is necessary to determine how much the tower needs to be raised and what type of packing should be used. Second, what kind of tower needs to be designed if the original tower cannot be modified.
Hehe, this question is too simplistic. It’s better to find a design firm to handle it; modifying this equipment is much more complicated than designing a new one. Or it’s okay to have something for reference and imitation.

Why is the feeding load so low? Have you done those debuggings? I increased the feed volume for a chemical company, which was originally 0.5 cubic meters, to 0.85 cubic meters through process optimization
