New petrochemical regulations have been introduced, classifying fire pump rooms as critical facilities, and requiring that Class A workshops be located at least 50 meters away from such fire pump rooms. The previous layout plans were all based on a 35-meter scale; it’s no longer possible to arrange things that way, so they have to be placed under the office building. Has anyone in this field done this before? Could they provide some guidance? What should be kept in mind when doing this? Some people say that there is a certain kind of civil air defense fee that needs to be paid – is that true?
The new version of the petrochemical regulations has been published, and I now have the printed copy. However, the definition of whether a fire pump room constitutes a Class 1 or Class 2 critical facility remains unclear, as shown in the screenshot.

Even though the fire pump room is classified as a certain type of facility and the distance from Class A installations is only 40 meters, it has now been increased to 50 meters, as stated in Note 3.

There is a correction here; the fire pump room is of one type
Who could be so careless? After looking at it for a long time, I thought it was the fire pump room belonging to the telecommunications station. What potential fire hazards could there be in a telecommunications station that would require a separate fire pump room? A fire pump room of such importance certainly cannot be classified as belonging to category two; therefore, there must be an error. Indeed, a single punctuation mark almost ruined a standard.
What is the required distance between the 2 fire water tanks on the ground and Class A installations? Should it be 50 meters?
