Add an ester extract sampling port

Could that expert suggest how to add an ester extraction port here? How should it be installed?
Just add a flange and lead it out
Bring it out; too low a temperature will cause the ester to solidify
The valve is a insulated ball valve, and the pipes leading out from behind the flange are also insulated.
