Ask for help: Does anyone know the Huizhou ethylene process? I have a question.: When the three machines are tripped, the liquid level control valves of the hydrogen tanks must be closed in series. The explanation is that they are afraid of the formation of nitrogen oxide compounds, which may explode when exposed to heat when discharging CBD. I would like to ask, how are nitrogen oxides formed? Is it formed by the reaction between un-replaced nitrogen and similar and ether substances in the process materials, or is it the case that such substances are generated during cracking in the cracking furnace?
I checked the material balance sheet and found that there were no nitrogen oxides or nitrogen-containing substances in the feed to the hydrogen tank.
