HG/T 21616-1997(2009) Standard Series for Silencers Used in Chemical Plants – Why It Was Abolished

I would like to ask why the standard series HG/T 21616-1997(2009) for silencers used in chemical plants was abolished, given that no alternative or updated standards exist in current industry standards. There are no new silencer standards available for reference in the GB, SH, and HG standards. I’m asking fellow sailors: are there any other standards that can be used as a reference?
New standards will be introduced to replace the old ones, right?
