My small company used to deal in equipment or accessories related to the coal mining industry (as an agent). Recently, while seeking business opportunities outside, I met through connections a prominent figure in the chemical engineering sector; he is willing to help me establish connections with chemical engineering design firms and companies in this field. May I ask which types of industrial products are safe and reliable, in high demand, offer good profits, and have promising prospects? Those that allow chemical design institutes and chemical engineering companies more autonomy would be ideal, preferably products for which these institutions and companies can make their own decisions regarding their use. What should be considered when doing business with chemical engineering design institutes and chemical engineering companies? Please give me some guidance. Thank you :)

Under normal circumstances, design institutes are responsible for the design work, while the owner usually handles the procurement of equipment. However, there are also some engineering companies that undertake EPC, EP, and PC tasks. If you know someone important, they might be able to help with this, but I suggest that you still study this area of business carefully.

It depends on the contract and the owner’s instructions; there is no uniform rule.
