System pickling

I want to build a pickling system now. How do I calculate the amount of acid (citric acid) required for pickling? I roughly know that the pH value in the system is 8-9. Additionally, when using citric acid for pickling, what is the highest concentration that can be achieved by dissolving solid citric acid in water at room temperature to obtain a liquid acid? What are the requirements for pipes and similar items? Thank you
You can take a section of the pipeline and try it out on a small scale to see how it works
