Currently, the ducts and process pipes laid underground are mainly the inlet pipes of pumps, and safety measures must be taken in accordance with the provisions of 7.2.4. For the comprehensive pipelines within the plant, 7.1.3: Pipelines for flammable gases, liquefied hydrocarbons, and flammable liquids that pass beneath railway lines or roads should be installed within pipe culverts or sleeves. For process and utility pipelines, 7.2.4 Pipelines for flammable gases, liquefied hydrocarbons, and flammable liquids should be installed overhead or laid along the ground. When trench laying is necessary, measures must be taken to prevent the accumulation of combustible gases, liquefied hydrocarbons, and flammable liquids within the trench, and sealed partitions should be installed at the entrances and exits to the equipment and buildings ; The wastewater in the trench should be discharged into the production wastewater pipeline through a water seal well.
