About bleach

Recently, I used bleaching solution to treat wastewater; the specific gravity of the bleaching solution measured at 32, which is really unacceptable – it prevents the water from passing through the system online. I would like to ask the experts: what should be the parameters for industrial bleaching solutions? From which aspects are compliance tests conducted?
All I know is that the 84 disinfectant commonly used is sodium hypochlorite, and using too much of it isn’t good either
