Dear marine enthusiasts, how much combustible gas is produced per kilogram of tire pyrolysis?
Some sources state that the non-condensable gas content is 5~8%.
Some information available in the literature indicates that heat pyrolysis gas accounts for around 10%, heat pyrolysis oil 45%, heat pyrolysis carbon black 35%, and steel wire about 10%. These details can be found on Baidu; the degree of pyrolysis may vary depending on the process used, which in turn affects the yield
About 10% is pyrolysis gas... It depends on the skill of the furnace operator... haha
