The reaction produces pure ammonia gas. I want to design an ammonia absorption tower using sulfuric acid to ensure that the ammonia content in the exhaust gases is less than 0.1%. If the volume is large, an ammonia compressor can be considered
For air volume and concentration data, if the volume is small, it’s sufficient to find a PP manufacturing company and have them produce it; just follow the methods used by that company for other clients

The type and quantity of nozzles, the liquid-to-gas ratio, and the gas-liquid contact time are the main factors
1. The air volume, concentration, temperature, and pressure of the incoming air; the diameter of the absorption tower is determined based on the air volume. 2. Do a simple calculation by yourself; not too much filler should be used for this. With this, it’s very easy to build a simple absorption tower by yourself. Besides, water can be used for absorbing ammonia; why use sulfuric acid?
It is best to have two stages of absorption to eliminate white smoke from the chimney. The gas velocity control for tower operation is 1-1.5 meters/second.
