Disk: A heavy anti-corrosion treatment – a chromium-free, highly corrosion-resistant surface treatment technology that meets environmental requirements. Disk treatment is a chromium-free, highly corrosion-resistant surface treatment technique developed for steel products such as high-tension bolts, where it is necessary to prevent delayed fracture caused by hydrogen embrittlement. Disk treatment involves impregnating or spraying the object to be treated with a primer based mainly on flaky zinc powder, and a topcoat based mainly on organic (epoxy) or inorganic (silicate) resins, followed by heating at 180°C to 300°C. Product technical features: 1. High corrosion resistance – can withstand salt spray testing for over 2,000 hours. 2. No hydrogen embrittlement: Without pickling or electrolytic treatment processes, it is particularly suitable for high-carbon steel, eliminating the risk of delayed fracture caused by hydrogen embrittlement. 3. Chromium-free and environmentally friendly – it does not contain any harmful substances such as chromium, lead, or cadmium. Complies with REACH and RoHS directives. 4. Resistance to electrical corrosion: Reduces corrosion caused by contact between different metals. Treatment process (centrifugal dip coating): Sandblasting → Dip coating → Drying → Dip coating → Drying → Shipping (the number of dip coating steps can be adjusted according to specific requirements)
