Does hydrazine hydrate easily decompose to release hydrazine? If it is hydrazine, a toxic gas detector needs to be installed ； So, does hydrazine hydrate need to be set?

Detection and alarm devices must be installed; hydrazine is also quite toxic. Of course, for those of you who are naturally brave and fearless, you can completely ignore this issue.
