A falling-film evaporator? MVR evaporators are being used more and more, right?
The mainstream evaporation process these days is still likely to be multi-effect evaporation. MVR needs to be balanced based on electricity and steam prices, and MVR refers to a steam compressor, not an evaporator

The increased temperature isn’t that high either; the economic value must be limited, right?

The MVR evaporation methods are also diverse nowadays, including plate-type evaporation, traditional submerged heat exchangers, vertical tube falling film evaporation, and horizontal tube falling film evaporation.
