Currently, there is a situation where the gas contains H2S that needs to be removed; therefore, I am seeking reliable desulfurization technologies. Please recommend some. The conditions for the feed gas and the desulfurization requirements are as follows:
Linde cryogenic methanol washing or amine-based desulfurization can be considered.
The post-drying index should not exceed 0.1 PPm, such as ppm(v); this is a very high requirement.
This sulfur removal requirement is quite stringent; neither the amine method nor low-temperature methanol washing can achieve a precision of 0.1 ppm. It is possible to use the amine method to reduce hydrogen sulfide levels to 1 ppm, and then employ a dry method to remove the remaining hydrogen sulfide. The acid gas regenerated by the amine method can produce sulfur as a by-product through the Claus or complexed iron process.
