An explosion caused by a liquid oxygen leak.

On January 7, 2020, a leak occurred at an oxygen station in a factory, and an explosion resulted from employees taking photographs. Oxygen only serves to assist combustion; oxygen stations aren’t marked as areas with explosion hazards either. So what substance actually caused the explosion? Why do phone photos cause explosions? It seems the investigation into these incidents isn’t very clear.
I’m afraid it’s not just a liquid oxygen leak; a simple liquid oxygen leak alone wouldn’t cause an explosion even if a flame were introduced inside. Waiting for the investigation report.

Oxygen is an oxidizing agent. It must have encountered combustible gas. Then static electricity caused the explosion.
Oxygen stations should be classified as belonging to Category B fire hazard. Electrical explosion protection should be implemented in accordance with Class B standards. For details, see the Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings.
