Can carbon steel be used outdoors in Inner Mongolia? Plastic pipe? The temperature is so low; must construction only take place in spring and summer?
All of them can be used, by adding insulation measures or burying them below the permafrost layer. Construction usually takes place from April to November; if deadlines need to be met, measures are taken to allow work to continue in winter as well.
