I would like to ask everyone: Does a fluidized bed reactor require that the catalyst particles have a certain degree of strength? Can a reaction take place if the crushed powdered catalyst is directly fed into the fluidized bed reactor without granulation? How effective is it?
Mechanical strength is one of the important technical parameters of catalysts. If the indicator fails to meet the standards, its reaction efficiency is very poor and it will become inactive rapidly.
