With nitrogen sealing, it ensures a slightly positive pressure in the sump and enables automatic replenishment. The function of nitrogen sealing is to prevent vaporization. To give an example: when a heat transfer oil is heated to 320 degrees, vaporization occurs, and the vaporization pressure is 0.2 MPa (2 kg). Therefore, it is necessary to apply a pressure greater than 2 kg to the high-level tank.
