I have maintained a system that uses frozen brine to cool exhaust gases, features four-stage heat exchange, and collects condensate. The equipment occupies too much space and has high operating costs.
At what temperature does it constitute deep condensation? I’ve seen VOC condensation recovery technologies operating at -15 degrees
During my last conversation with a company that uses cryogenic methods to remove VOCs, they said that generally, achieving temperatures of minus 80 degrees requires high operating costs.
