Seeking help from experts in chemical equipment design: a horizontal heat exchanger with a single tube pass and fixed tube sheets, used for heating steam feed water, with a surface area of 10 square meters. The steam is saturated steam at an absolute pressure of 0.8 MPa.
What is your question? Or do you want others to send you the complete design plan just through these few words? Even if you’re the one paying, the terms offered aren’t good enough
Make a groove; insert the steam pipe into the water, and that’s it
There’s no critical information at all; the hot medium is 0.8M steam, but what about the temperature of the cold medium? What is the size of the pipe opening, or in other words, what is the flow rate? I guess what you’re asking is what the evaporation rate per unit of time is, but I can’t calculate that, haha:lol:lol:lol
