Calculation of ultra-high pressure pipeline diameter

Has anyone seen what the highest pipeline pressure can be? Has pressure of 100 MPa been studied?
That’s ultra-high pressure! First of all, design theory is something that ordinary design departments can’t handle these days!
I work in the LNG industry, dealing with CNG plunger pumps for car fueling stations; these pumps can achieve an outlet pressure of up to 27.5 MPa. I have no experience with pumps that can handle pressures higher than this.
27.5 MPa is quite common
I’m not very knowledgeable, but as for our power plant, it uses 100 kilograms of steam.
