Drawing piping diagrams in CAD is cumbersome when it comes to tracking pipeline materials; to improve efficiency, I developed this small tool and share it with colleagues who still use CAD for piping work. What would take a week of manual work to compile comprehensive materials can be completed in just a few seconds using this tool. The table format of this tool is in accordance with the \"Unified Regulations for Process Design, Construction Drawings, and Content in the Chemical Industry\" (HG/T 20519-2009). Its main functions include: filling out the pipe section table using dialog boxes, automatically calculating the number of bolts required, and generating tables for insulation materials, anti-corrosion materials, and various other materials. If Excel flickers frequently or crashes and restarts when using this tool, it may be due to a compatibility issue between Excel and this tool. Please stop using it.
It works well; thanks to the original poster for going to the trouble, thank you!
