Should the steam pipeline network within the plant be counted as one pressure pipeline or multiple?

In our plant’s steam pipeline network, there are branches leading to each device outlet; therefore, should the entire steam pipeline network be considered as one pressure pipeline or multiple pressure pipelines? How are the starting point and ending point of pressure pipelines in steam networks determined?
By definition, all steam pipes with a DN50 diameter or larger are pressure pipes; the starting point should be at the cylinder where the steam enters the company, or it could also be at the valve provided for steam entry into the company, while the ending point should be at the steam pipes within the company that have a diameter smaller than DN50.
Steam pipeline networks are calculated based on different pressure levels and pipe diameters.
Where does this definition come from?
If it is the same pressure grade, are multiple pressure pipelines classified according to the inner diameter?
There is no concept of a \"section\"; only pipe segments with a constant inner diameter, such as segment A-C and segment A-E.
We need to maintain a ledger for pressure pipelines; should pipelines of this type be classified and recorded by their inner diameter?
