Regarding the term “wild” in wild gas, what is it relative to? Has grass grown there? Or should each person be in charge, or something else?

Wastegas refers to gas containing dust. It cannot be supplied directly to users; dust removal is necessary first. This is because the furnace dust present in the waste gas can not only clog the pipelines during transportation, but also the alkaline substances in this dust may combine with acidic refractory materials at high temperatures during combustion, thereby reducing the performance and service life of equipment such as the coke oven combustion chambers and the regenerative chambers of hot air stoves. The degree of dust removal is determined by the user’s requirements and technical and economic feasibility; generally, the dust content in the cleaned gas should be less than 10-8 mg/m3. In addition, users also have certain requirements regarding the moisture content and temperature of the gas after dust removal.
